Delivery Phases

  • Processing Time: Includes order verification, assembly, and pre-shipment tasks. Duration varies by location and our efficiency.
  • Shipping Time: Begins after processing and depends on the chosen shipping method and destination.

Note: Our order cutoff time is based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Delivery may be delayed during busy periods and promotions.

We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping times.

Tracking Your Package

Shipping Delays

  • If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund.
  • Reach out about any unexpected delays, and we will assist you. We aim to respond within 12 hours.

Undelivered Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package
  • Check the delivery location thoroughly and contact the shipping carrier.
  • If the issue persists, email [email protected].

Incorrect Addresses

  • We cannot guarantee delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • Double-check your shipping details at checkout and notify [email protected] immediately about any errors.

Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Footgearmerch is not liable for customs fees if: 1) the package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) delivery fails after multiple attempts.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
